Music

Posted in Music on September 13, 2008 by Ty

Hey everyone! Wassup? I know I haven’t been posting but this is a topic that will last a while (maybe).

Music. Music is very important to me. I love listening to songs (well, some) and love beats. I love the bass in each song. But I don’t have much music and I am almost out of money for iTunes. So, if you could say some songs you like, that would be much appreciated.

Posted in New Site Stuff/Updates, People, Places and/or Things on September 11, 2008 by Ty

Hey everyone, I have to do some homework now, but I want to tell you that my idea for CSS wasn’t working and where I stand with work, I wouldn’t be able to do it. So, I am changing my CSS back.

Today, The Busy And (At The Same Time) Fun Day!

Posted in Randomness, Opinions and/or School on September 9, 2008 by Ty

Today, today. Today was a fun little day. I had a good day today. Now, for the Canadian word, eh! So go out and play. ‘Cause today was a fun little day!

How’d'ja like my ryhme? I thought it was funny… but I wrote it. So, whad’ja think? Anyway, today was very fun BUT busy. It was very hectic and I did a lot! I went to school and then went straight to the orthodontic’s office. I got my “pokey” (in this case, pokey means jabby or stabby and not slow) wires fixed. I then went to my pottery class to pick up all my pieces and my friends pieces, too. (The class is over, but we had to wait two weeks to get our things because they had to be fired and we all had a lot. The kiln takes about two weeks to fill…) Then I went home and got a snack and then went to soccer practice. When I got home after seeing my friends and playing some “football” (pronounced fut·boll), I went home and did homework. First, I finished my Map of the World for my Social Science class, and then went on to Algebra. (I had already done my Science and Language Arts homework in class (WITH THE TEACHERS’ PERMISSION!!!)) Then I practiced my Trumpet for band and private lessons and now I am here, writing this and watching my dad play Mario Kart WII and my brother suffer doing his Map of the World. (He just said, “I accidentally erased Madagascar”, but then quickly said “Oh wait, no I didn’t”. … LOLZ!!!) Adam just finished and I am bored. I still have to read my book 1984 by George Orwell, which I am on the second page of… I just started today. Well, good-bye!

Vantage Point Movie

Posted in Movie Reviews on September 1, 2008 by Ty

From now on, when I see a movie that I like or think deserves a review, I will write one. BUT, it will be on this post and not on the page… I think I will delete that page too. OH! I have an idea. I will put the reviews on this post… I don’t know… *internal conflict goes on…* I guess I will.

Rules:

1. Rating up to five stars (five being the best, one being the worst)

2. If you see a movie that you want to review, you can review it in the comments.

3. Comment if you disagree or agree with my reviews.

1.The Simpsons Movie (Rated PG-13): (Note: Read Post on the Home Page) 3 1/2 stars.

2.White Chicks: Hilarious (Rated PG-13)! Completely and utterly funny! Some parts are questionable so skip them! 5 stars.

3.Pirates Of The Caribbean 3 (Rated PG-13): A great movie that is better than 1 & 2 put together! There was a lot of sword fighting and violence but it was great. Those sword fighting parts were very well done and made the movie a lot better! 5 stars.

4. Ratatoulle (Rated G): This is the number one DON’T watch this movie award! The story was terrible and it was NOT funny. The animation was the only good part in the movie. It was done well but stunk. 1 star.

5. Harry Potter 5 (Rated PG-13): The greatest Harry Potter yet! Loved it! OMG SOOO ACTION-PACKED!!! 5 stars.

6. Premonition (Rated PG-13): This movie was kind of scary. It was also sad. Besides this though Premonition is a great movie that is filled with clues that keep you on your toes! 5 stars.

7. Unaccompanied Minors (Rated PG): This movie was funny and had a good story and a very sweet ending. I liked it OK. 3 1/2 stars.

8. Spiderman 3 (Rated PG-13): AWESOME MOVIE!!!!!! SOOOOOOO COOOL!!! It was a little violent but it was a great movie. I like Venom. 4 1/2 stars.

9. Transformers (Rated PG-13: This movie was Ok. It was REALLY violent. The story was kinda predictable, though. It was also kinda REALLY sappy. As I said, REALLY predictable. Otherwise it was Ok, I guess. 2 1/2 stars.

10.) Hairspray (Rated PG): This movie was an adult movie but it was really good. I liked Amanda Bynes’s part the best. I also liked Seaweed. The movie was definitely NOT the absolute best movie in the world but it was good. This is NOT a comedy, it is a play that takes place in the 1960’s. 4 stars.

11.) Vantage Point (Rated PG-13): Vantage point is by far my favorite movie ever. It is interesting how you see everybody’s different points and put it together to figure the mystery out. 5 stars.
